Not rude or lazy. Tired. Hard working and helpful. The guy said he would help. kept us calm during our ordeal, Even dropped us off where we needed to go after servicing our vehicle and let us go home to get what we needed to said we could pay when we came to get it. Amazing service.
I would give 0 stars if possible. The tow truck driver was rude and extremely lazy. Extremely unprofessional. AAA needs to get a different company in the area
